While my work in tech and business is a significant part of who I am, it only scratches the surface of what I'm passionate about.
From Lines of Code to Bottom Lines
First and foremost, I'm a geek at heart. I still get my hands dirty - write code, read code, review code. This hands-on approach has been the foundation of my two-decade journey in the tech business, taking me from coding to co-founding Go Live Data, one of the UK's Top 50 fastest-growing companies.
Today, we're a premier corporate data owner with information on over 1.6 million trading entities. My work spans big data, machine learning, and AI, focusing on how these technologies can solve real problems and create value. This has led to innovations, including a patent-pending method for using Generative AI and Open Source Intelligence to derive corporate data.
Understanding the technology is just the start. The real challenge lies in turning technical innovations into viable businesses. I've become adept at implementing change within established companies and driving growth in new ventures. By providing a board-level interface between technical staff and business leaders, I bridge the gap between what technology can do and how it fits into the business world and legal landscape.

The Neurodiversity Advocate
I'm on the autistic spectrum and I'm open about it. It's a big part of who I am and how I approach the world. For the past 15 years, my companies have been actively hiring and supporting neurodivergent individuals, particularly in tech roles. We're not just talking about diversity - we're living it.
I've seen firsthand how neurodivergent thinking can drive innovation and problem-solving in the tech industry. That's why I'm passionate about creating opportunities for young people on the spectrum. From mentoring programs to writing about my experiences, I'm working to change perceptions and practices in the workplace.
Neurodiversity isn't just a buzzword for me - it's a competitive advantage. Curious about how I'm turning this passion into action? There's more to this story.

The Cambridge Alumnus
My journey started at Selwyn College, Cambridge, where I earned an MA in Mathematics, grappling with complex problems that would shape my approach to technology and business. Now I'm giving back to the place that shaped me, sponsoring scholarships and mentoring students. It's my way of paying it forward and ensuring others get the same opportunities I had.

The Marathon Runner
When I'm not working on tech or neurodiversity, I run. A lot. City marathons, trail runs - it's more than just a pastime; it's a fundamental part of my identity. Always chasing that next personal best.
